KOBE EARTHQUAKE DISASTER CENTRE

When the earthquake happened, it stopped at 5:46.

Someone was wearing this helmet for some reason (which i forgot), and the earthquake struck, and something fell on his head. Lucky huh.

Big difference.

Ojisan demonstrating bracing and shock absorber technology.

Darth-Ari.

After the Earthquake centre, we stumbled into a park just outside. The park felt cold, yet it felt designed. The space was wide open, used by only kids playing. I felt like something wasn't right, perhaps it was the children contrasting the brutalistic architecture. We found out later that night that it was designed by Tadao Ando, one of my favourite architects.

Courtyard in the middle.

Ari found a Pho place.

Rapping Ojichan.

This thing was supposed to light up when two people grab the handles and hold hands. But it seems like Ari can power it by herself. forever alone.

Only couples come to this area.
